1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because we sell thrifted and secondhand items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or not as described. If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@theonlinethriftstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps.

2. How long does shipping take?

We ship orders within 2–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on adding international shipping soon—stay tuned!

4. Are your items new or used?

Most of our items are pre-loved (thrifted and secondhand). However, we sometimes have a “Brand New Treasures” collection with items that are new, unused, or never opened. Each product listing will note the condition clearly.

5. What if an item has a manufacturer recall?

⚠️ Please note: Since our products are thrifted and secondhand, we cannot guarantee manufacturer safety standards, warranties, or recalls. We are not responsible or liable for any manufacturer recalls on items we sell. Customers are encouraged to check official recall lists if they are concerned.

Most thrift finds are one-of-a-kind, so once they’re gone, they’re gone! But don’t worry—new arrivals are added weekly, so check back often or subscribe to our emails for updates.
